Mounted it on my bench, replacing my $50 special. Great results on the first chain -- I'll put it on the saw & try it out later this week ( I'm old, and it's cold, but we have a warm up coming!) .The first chain took a bit, between reading the directions and making the necessary adjustments. Changing the grinding wheels over was a sort of a pain. The safety cover being held on by two phillips-head screws is sort of inconvenient. I noted one reviewer recommended having another light source, and I'll second that -- my barn isn't too well lit for this type of work, so that little LED on the grinder leaves a bit to be desired.
What I might do is pick up a lighted magnifier from Home Depot ($75), and see if I can find a fat wheel to re-purpose my old $50 grinder for rakers-only and not have to swap out wheels and re-calibrate the depth settings ...
Easy enough , eh?
Oh -- American Forestry will certainly get my future business!
